Yes. The smart hub and sensors can be reset and set up again at any time.

The sensors continue measuring locally and controlling the heating. The smart hub synchronises automatically when the connection returns.

The hub reconnects automatically and resumes normal operation when power returns.

Range depends on the building, but several indoor rooms are usually possible.

Yes. Normal interior walls are usually fine, while reinforced concrete and metal may reduce range.

The system uses modern encrypted Zigbee communication for secure and reliable data transfer.

One C1 can receive data from up to four sensors at the same time.

The sensor measures temperature and humidity three times per minute.

Depending on use and conditions, the battery lasts several months to more than a year. The app notifies you before it needs replacing.

The sensor uses a standard CR2450 coin cell.

Yes. The standard coin cells are easy to replace and widely available.

The app notifies you in good time when the battery needs replacing.

The sensor is IP44 splash resistant but should not get directly wet, as this can affect humidity readings.

Our mount attaches the sensor to the terrarium ceiling. A second sensor near the floor can reveal temperature differences.

We calibrate every sensor. If you still notice a significant deviation, we will replace it.

Yes. The LEDs can be disabled permanently or automatically on a schedule.

The C1 is developed and designed in Germany and manufactured with our partners in China.

Yes. Firmware updates are delivered automatically to keep the system secure and current.

Yes. Communication is encrypted and data is stored within the EU.

No subscription is required for basic use.

No, there are no mandatory recurring costs.
